Online wine education co-founder is seeking an organized personal assistant with strong communication and writing skills.

Love wine? Wine Folly is the internet’s leading source for all things wine including a free educational resource, a best-selling book, and more. This is a rare opportunity for right person–an organized and driven individual,–to join the team.

Job Description

The job is part-time anywhere from 20–35 hours a week and will also include occasional travel and events. You will be working directly with the founders on a range of tasks from writing/editing assignments, scheduling, and social media communications, to traveling and events. There will be reoccurring daily tasks as well as new one-off projects. Candidate must possess high energy and the ability to think quickly.

  • Participate in planning meetings
  • Manage emails
  • Execute social media plans
  • Editing and writing projects
  • Targeted outreach
  • Video/Camera work for SM channels
  • Execute email marketing plans

Candidate should have at least 4–5 years of professional experience
Able to show excellent writing, communication skill and good marketing acumen
