Méthode Traditionnelle Brut Nature Sparkling Wine

Made principally from aged reserve wines and wines from 2017, a balanced proportion of 1/2 Pinot and 1/2 Chardonnay, a soft effervescence, and no dosage creates a distinct character in this Brut Nature. The palate, elegant and precise, with over three years aging, has developed a softer style hinting at mature acidity, with a crisp, dry finish.

Cabernet Franc is ideally suited to the long falls of the Finger Lakes. Extended hang time in our riper sites builds structure and flavor complexity, evidenced in the generous raspberry and plum aroma on our medium-bodied Cabernet Franc. On the palate it combines bramble fruit, soft tannins, and a black pepper finish.

The Riesling Dry is our signature wine. Sourced from each of our three distinct vineyard sites, it epitomizes Riesling's dynamic range. Layers of citrus, stone, and tropical fruit are underpinned by taut acidities and a clean mineral finish.

Early fruit balances with a refreshing crispness, revealing the true qualities of the Riesling grape. A brilliant texture carries into a long, lingering finish.

This elegant Chardonnay is the best of both worlds! With a fabulous balance of stainless steel fermentation, oak fermentation, and oak aging, you'll enjoy wonderful fruit characteristics and a soft acidity complemented and balanced by subtle but rich oak notes with a clean finish.
